WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

? Deep understanding of relevant business needs within specific area’s within the specific topic area
? Extensive knowledge of using insights to formulate communication activities to drive IKEA business and meet receiver needs
? Good Knowledge on how to follow-up and evaluate communication activities
? Extensive knowledge of how to lead communication by defining, planning, executing and follow-up communication to relevant stakeholders, always keeping co-workers informed, engaged and empowered
? Up to date knowledge of the IKEA corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation
? Extensive knowledge of digital communication channels, management and techniques
? Up-to-date knowledge of the complete media landscape (including the latest trends in social media), activation and measurements.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

? Be a communication expert within assigned business area and a direct contact and support for communication needs and advice on effective choices within specific function group
? Drive internal and external communication projects, taking different stakeholder perspective
? Build a deep understanding of business partners’ objectives in order to tie communications work directly to desired business outcomes
? Contribute to the communication strategic planning process to ensure appropriate buy-in and prioritization of resources
? Content development & deployment: enable and accelerate digital delivery and a world-class experience Ingka in all digital touchpoints in the market
? Execute effective internal and external communication and assist in the creation of prerequisites for our leaders and co-workers to be our best ambassadors management
? Contribute/Secure the process for country on-duty phone and media product loans
? Explore, develop and lead communication initiatives that will position business area in its respective eco-system and contribute to driving the desired business outcomes in alignment with the business plan
? Co-opts business partners in Communications’ strategic planning process to ensure appropriate buy-in and prioritization of resources
? Identify local strategic opportunities, threats and trends to develop and implement IKEA and Ingka’s digital communications in line with global guidelines
? Creates communications plans for all initiatives that clearly demonstrate the link between desired business outcome and chosen communications activities
