(Junior) Service Business Settlement Specialist with German/English

A day in your life with us

• to confirm the executing in daily invoice control (billing) tasks for countries with standardised procedures,
• to work proactively together with relevant stakeholders to ensure the invoice control process (SFO, CSC, Sourcing, BN, Finance) operating on processes with a high level of automation,
• to communicate clearly and to cooperate with relevant stakeholders,
• to answer the basic question from service providers in the relevant invoice control process.

Together as a team

In the SBS Team together with other Junior Specialists, Specialists and Senior Specialists you will secure compliance with local and international laws and reporting standards. Here you will assure that accounting processes are efficient and that tax compliance meets business needs, providing reliable financial data to a wide variety of stakeholders. You will be supported in your daily work by Team Leader, whom you can consult in demanding situations. You can also count on your Buddy who will help you get to know IKEA’s culture and values and successfully get through the onboarding process.
