For this position, you need at least 5 years of experience in marketing with a track record of delivering results and managing paid media budgets (either in a media agency or at the advertiser). In addition, you have a good knowledge of distribution.
You are fluent in English (oral and written) in a professional setting.
You have an in-depth knowledge of paid media, particularly online levers (search, display, programmatic, social networks, retargeting, etc.), as well as their use to meet positioning and traffic development objectives.
You have experience in managing multi-levers digital campaigns that use all the targeting solutions offered by the data/digital ecosystem (1st party, 2nd party, 3rd party, activation of audiences from a DMP/CDP, etc.).
You are curious about the constant evolutions that affect the media and digital world, and you keep an eye on potential innovations relevant to IKEA. You have strong analytical skills in your field of activity, which allow you to identify ways to improve your campaigns.
Finally, you know how to manage a project independently and implement the desired actions to achieve objectives.
What you'll be doing day to day
As an Integrated Media Leader, you will be in charge of managing a part of IKEA France's media campaigns, particularly on digital levers.
Your role will consist of :
- Be an active member of the Marketing team and proactively contribute to the marketing plan/results in order to achieve the common goals and objectives - Participate in the definition of the media strategy (Paid / Owned / Earned) - Be responsible for its implementation on a part of the scope, by driving our media agency partner - Be responsible for budget management and negotiation to maximize campaign effectiveness (ROI, traffic, etc.) - Support the Performance Marketing Leader with analyses of the performance of your campaigns - Actively cooperate with all teams (marketing, content, sales, agencies, service providers, etc.) to ensure proper integration, common goals and maximum impact - Contribute to the integrated multi-channel achievements and results of the function in order to contribute to business objectives - Play an active role in establishing a climate of exchange and openness. - Be an exemplary ambassador of the IKEA values
