You have an interest in procurement and experience in one or more of the areas of Digital and Technology such as Hardware/Platforms, Services or Software.

Your analytical skills are a key competence, just like your evaluation and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, you are highly motivated in understanding the areas you work with and to continuously learn and develop in a curious way. We believe that you are both interested in- and driven to find common interests and agendas, to build trust and partnership to reach common goals.  

We believe that you have knowledge in following areas:  
• Business/industry knowledge and mind-set 
• Knowledge/interest of market & global trends in procurement, economics and data analysis 
• Knowledge of tools (excel, sourcing systems) and processes in area of responsibility 
• Experience of SAP Procurement tools are beneficial 
• Fluent in English both written and spoken 

To be successful in this position, we think you have the capability to zoom into details but always understand the bigger picture. You can identify and capture process and business opportunities and to deliver results through involving, facilitating, training and engaging people. You have a passion in understanding sourcing options, understanding the value chain and work with value innovation.  This position is temporary for 15 months with the possibility of an extension.

Your responsibilities

As a Business Analyst you will work closely together with category managers and purchaser within cross categories globally, procurement Business Navigation as well as with colleague business analysts, supporting with data analysis and recommendations to enable fact-based decisions.

As a Business Analyst you will:  
Perform data analyses to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks and present them in an actionable manner (risk, cost and spend analyses)
Secure fact-based decisions by contributing with decision basis and recommendations 
Provide analytical support to the Procurement organisation 
Train and support procurement colleagues on BI and other solutions
Communicate in a straightforward and inclusive manner and listens actively to gain information 
Co-operate with team members in other and own units to accomplish common goals 
Establish trusting relationships that are maintained over time   
Demonstrate willingness and contributes to change by taking necessary actions and adapt to new circumstances
