20 hours working 5 days out of 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends Must have availability for day, time and evenings.
We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers, this role will require availability to work during the day, late evenings, and full weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE We are looking for co-workers who strives to give an amazing customer shopping experience; co-workers that always put the customer at the heart of everything they do and inspire others to do the same. They are passionate about ensuring that IKEA has a lifelong connection with their customers by always considering their needs.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY This role is varied with no two days being the same; one minute you could be meeting and greeting our customers, managing a queue, dealing with customers checkouts, hosting trolleys, or assisting customers. This is physically demanding and requires the ability to work outside.
• You aim to create a positive experience for our customers, so they will want to return and shop with us again over time. • Build loyalty by listening to our customers & using your knowledge of IKEA product range offer informed solutions. • You work together with colleagues in other functions to improve the customer experience. • Provide an efficient and accurate checkout experience in the store while working with daily and weekly service targets to drive service delivery.
